Commission Terms of Service

I will be taking commissions again in late 2022!

If you previously paid for any artwork by me, the following terms still apply to that artwork.

Copyright Notice

I have the right to use any artwork that I create for portfolio purposes. However, I will not claim ownership of any intellectual property that is not mine. I always give credit where it is due.

By the terms listed here, you may use YOUR commissioned artwork for PERSONAL USE - NOT COMMERCIAL or PUBLIC USE (unless otherwise agreed upon previously). If you have a certain intention for my commission other than art collection, please tell me right away.

• You may not sell any of my artwork or use any of my artwork for advertisement.
• You may not share my work-in-progress images or full-resolution artworks with anyone.

• You may not upload my artwork in any fashion without my explicit written permission.

If you have my explicit written permission to re-post or upload my artwork, you must credit my artist alias in the title, description, or tags by adding the phrase abigaia or @abigaia. You may also credit me by including a link to my website: abigaia-art.webnode.com, or a link to any of my profiles on social media.
